Printer Essentials has partnered with FedEx and built their 60,000 square foot fulfillment warehouse distribution facility right next to FedEx’s national distribution super-hub in Memphis, Tennessee. This allows for guaranteed FedEx Ground delivery in 1-3 days throughout almost all of the U.S., as well as the industry’s latest order cutoff time for same day shipping, 7:00PM Pacific Time – 10:00PM Eastern Time. Also, FedEx 2-day delivery and overnight next day delivery are available for a small upgrade fee, as is a lower cost delivery option with FedEx SmartPost for smaller packages. To further address the needs of their customers, Printer Essentials has plans in place to further expand its distribution capabilities through FedEx in 2011.

Also, in January Printer Essentials made a key executive hire with industry veteran WooJin Kim joining the company as Executive Vice President. Kim comes to Printer Essentials with over 20 years experience in the high-tech and imaging supplies industries, with extensive experience in sales, marketing and strategic business development. His range of experience includes companies from the Fortune 500 as well as significant mergers and acquisitions work. Kim most recently served as the CEO of Hunterhouse Americas Inc., the firm that serves as the primary business development representative and strategic advisor to the host of companies under the Print Rite brand umbrella for the Americas.
