Tom Callinan - is the managing principal of Strategy Development, a management consulting firm (strategydevelopment.org).  From 1998-2005, Callinan was an executive with IKON Office Solutions.  Prior to IKON, Callinan was the founder and CEO of Copifax Inc. Raymond Cote - Village Copier Service LLC - Raymond Cote serviced in his capacity as a Technical Specialist and Field Service Supervisor, founded Village Copier Service in September 2000 so that he could provide superior multi-product maintenance. As a result of having a strong Technical background in Xerox Systems, Village Copier Service will continue its policy of addressing the evolving needs of their client base, offering their clients top-notch service, which is unsurpassed in the industry. Raymond Cote's career started with Xerox in 1970 as Technical Representative servicing the Xerox 2400 family. In 1990 Ray was instrumental in starting the night service team in New York City District where he held the position of Customer Field engineer until he retired in March of 2000.
